Angela is an engaged and spirited woman. When she goes for something, it will be for the full 100%. This goes for both work and her personal life. She is there for her children, and helps them to become engaged and honest people, using their talents towards the benefit of both their loved ones and society. Learning and personal growth while at the same time having fun are paramount.
Angela dedicates herself to the wellbeing of others around her. Coworkers will find her to be respectful, showing real interest and integrity. She likes to work with zest towards a common goal. Interesting content is King. Balance, accelerating but also slowing down, is the challenge. She rarely takes anything for granted. Angela knows how to put the finger on the sore spot using her intellectual and analytical prowess, to then bring people and teams along towards their desired direction. She leads teams through change by having open conversations: what do you really need to shine? Helping others achieve this is what she is in it for.
Angela has a master in law and is an experienced team leader. She has over 25 years of experience with municipalities and local government, e.g. licensing, spatial planning, control and enforcement, and also the social domain.
