Julia is programme maker and trainer on transformational leadership, creative and innovative thinking, and business innovation. She is also theatre director. Insight into human behaviour, creativity, inspiration and passion form the foundation for everything Julia does.
Julia is an experienced and multifaceted trainer in leadership skills, creative and innovative thinking and business innovation. Her theatre background provides her with a source for various methods, techniques and didactical skills to offer unique and valuable learning experiences.
Julia: “My roots are those of a theatre director. On stage, we are supermen and -women of change. We always set course from a clear vision of the future and an inspiring goal. Then, we rehearse, we try, we fail, and choose a different path. Every day we engage our creativity in reaching our goals.
In this uncertain and ever faster changing world, vision, creative powers, and agility have become vital assets. These are the strongest drivers for change. I combine my experiences in theatre with the science of applied creativity and help organisations to embrace change and transform with new (business) strategies.”
Julia has trained as actor and director. She has got 20 years of experience in the professional theatre sector. She has also been educated as professional trainer at the Academie voor innovatief Trainen and the School of Creative Thinking. She is a teacher at the Hotelschool Den Haag. She has also developed and led courses on Communication Skills, Integrity Management, Complaint Management, and Talent Development for numerous companies, governmental organisations and Universities of Applied Sciences.
