Suzanne is positive, practical and focused on connection. She likes to think along with clients using a fresh perspective while creating a relaxed atmosphere. During change, just talk is not enough. So, what does that mean then for all practical purposes? With her no-nonsense, solution focused approach she will work with you and get some actual work done. So everybody will have his or her task cut out for them when the talking is done.
Suzanne has got a background in business. After her Business Studies bachelor and Marketing Master, she worked for over 10 years in FMCGs. There, the name of the game is quick analytical thinking and translating that into business results. For Suzanne, the key to success lies with your people. By paying attention tot the “P” for People, you can realise growth. This is where her love affair with coaching and training took root. She decides on a career change and enrols in a coaching course, which immediately feels like homecoming.
With her business background on the one side and her coaching/facilitator role on the other, she helps individuals, teams and companies to progress in a positive way.
